This year in New Jersey the entire state legislative body is up for re-election. There are several key races that will be key for the Democrats to continue to ahve a majority in the State Senate. Currently, that majority is a slim 22-18. There are several scenarios that could make that majority greater, but there are several candidates that could lose and the State Senate would either be a tie for the next four years or in Republican hands.
The Assembly on the other hand has a healthy majority for the Democrats, 50-30. There are some races we can pick up seats which is very exciting because those seats will come from traditionally republican areas.

It was in the Phoenix New Times last week or so. Looks like Renzi could be in some hot water. The rumors of his indictment are on some of the local blogs.
